Charles Leafblad, IJR’s Eastern States Account Manager, joined the IJR sales team in 2007. Originally from Illinois, Charles graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in plant pathology. Charles’s lengthy sales career spans over twenty years and has given him the understanding that success is in the details, and building sales requires providing outstanding service. His position at IJR focuses on
generating sales and service to all inkjet and toner businesses in the eastern half of the United States.
“I enjoy the challenge of prospecting new customers and trying to match their needs with IJR product,” said Charles. “Helping customers to grow their business and succeed in this challenging industry is a great feeling. Having contact with a wide variety of people every day allows me to better understand and appreciate the challenges that my customers are facing in their day-to-day operations so that I can work to minimize some of the issues they encounter. I also enjoy working for IJR, a company that appreciates and respects its employees; one that considers each and every member of the team as valuable as the next. An avid creative writer, Charles’s interests include writing screenplays covering subjects ranging anywhere from mystery and suspense to comedy. He also enjoys performing Improv at local venues around town.
