in sales and marketing ever since. Over the past two
years, Eric has been managing IJR’s international sales division. “I enjoy dealing with the international market. It’s a definite motivator competing against the best in the world,” said Eric. “Staying ahead takes constant monitoring of the competition and really listening to your customers. IJR is probably one of the few companies in this industry that actually exports finished products to China. I’m always researching new opportunities, looking around every corner for that untapped market. And, our engineering and manufacturing departments are second to no one!”
Eric’s hobbies include camping and hiking remote areas of scenic Arizona. Having traversed the Grand Canyon’s rocky terrain no less than an astounding five times, Eric is always looking forward to his next outdoor adventure.
