IJR’s remanufactured cartridge business” said Matt. His thirteen-year career span with IJR has been filled with the challenge of keeping ahead of the production process, with the goal that our field failure rates remain the lowest in the industry. Matt attributes his longevity at IJR to the positive atmosphere created by his coworkers who also enjoy the industry’s appeal.
After-hours and on weekends Matt can usually be found getting ready for his Team Roping competitions at local rodeo events. That, along with a busy family life and time spent following hometown sports teams keep Matt in top shape.
