My main focus is on handling all technical problems for the production department. New cartridges brought into our line of products need to be analyzed to gauge the best equipment design methods for fast, consistent filling,” said Thien. “I enjoy the challenge of finding solutions that help our production staff work as efficient as possible through developing well-organized equipment stations.”
Thien spends his free time exploring new technologies from computers to printers to anything electronic. That, along with tackling his never-ending list of home projects in his workshop-garage keeps his days full.

Thien Tran joined the staff at IJR as an engineer in 1997. Originally from South Vietnam, Thien has called Phoenix his home since 1993.
