Heading up the accounts payable department is Tracie Schlecht, our newest addition to the IJR team.
A Phoenix native, Tracie brings with her an extensive background in accounts payable.

Her attention to detail and customer service are the perfect skill set for her newly acquired position. “Even though I have just begun my employment here at IJR, I’m thrilled to be able to use my accounting experience with an organization that promotes recycling” said Tracie. “Talking with vendors regarding any billing issues they may have and ending the call on a positive note is always a pleasure. Customer service is very important in any job, because if it weren’t for the customer there would be no business.”
Being new to the remanufactured cartridge industry, Tracie looks forward to learning about the recycling industry and the role we play in keeping the environment clean.
Tracie enjoys spending her free time cooking, baking, hiking, shopping, watching movies and relaxing poolside with family and friends in the Arizona sunshine.
