IJR “Inkjet Bulk” Program
Effective October 15, 2007
Cartridges We Will Accept for Recycling:
1 - OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Virgin Empties Only -
Every cartridge must pass a visual and electrical inspection upon arrival at IJR. Any cartridge
which has been previously recycled or tampered with in any way and/or which fails to pass an
electrical test will not be processed as part of your order.
How Your Order Will Be Filled:
2 - After inspecting and testing your empties, we will fill your order directly from our stock based on
the number of empties which passed our inspection for each cartridge style sent.
Example: You send 50 - HP 94’s and 60 - HP 56’s.
Inspection Results: 3 - HP 94’s and 2 - HP 56’s fail inspection and/or electrical testing.
We Ship: 47 - HP 94’s and 58 - HP 56’s from our stock *
Note: Since all stock cartridges will be remanufactured from only 100% virgin cores, shipping from our stock will
reduce the time to fill your order and get your cartridges on their way to you and your customers as soon as possible!
Shipping:
3a - All product shipped will be packed in retail-ready boxes. This packaging has been designed
to protect the cartridges during shipping and reduce any possible wear and tear from packages
being handled and transferred during shipment and storage.
3b - Orders over $350 will be shipped at no cost to our customers via UPS Ground. If you wish
to expedite your shipment, additional charges for Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Select will
apply.
3c - All product will be shipped either UPS Ground or Priority Mail at the discretion of IJR and
consistent with fastest and most cost-effective delivery methods unless expedited services are
requested and paid by the customer.
Inspection and Receiving Process / Disposition of Failed Cartridges:
4a - Cartridges that do not pass IJR’s inspection process will not be returned unless specifically
requested by the customer when sending the order. This is done to avoid having failed empties
sent in subsequent orders which simply adds to manufacturing costs for repetitive handling of
unserviceable cores. Due to the “extra handling” costs associated with returning the empties which
failed inspection, there will be a $1.00 per cartridge charge for each cartridge returned.
Note: IJR reserves the right to “mark” or identify any cartridge which has failed our inspection.
4b - Cartridges are considered “failed” for any of the following reasons:
1. Cartridge is damaged/broken or tampered with upon receipt
2. Cartridge has been previously recycled or recycling has been attempted
3. Cartridge fails our electrical circuitry testing
