Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order: 
$25 minimum per standard order (not including freight)
$50 minimum for Dropship orders (not including freight)

General Payment Provisions: All orders must be paid by check, money order, credit card, wire transfer. Any invoices that are allowed to age 60 or more days past due are subject to a finance charge of $5 or 2% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. The finance charge is levied on a monthly basis and will only be waived at the discretion of IJR. Unless otherwise noted, all new customers are required to provide payment at the time of their orders and will not be provided payment terms until they have established a minimum of 60 days payment history with IJR, Inc.

Payment Terms:
  We offer payment terms of Net/30 on approved credit and subject to the "General Payment Provisions". 

Credit Policy: A signed credit application is required and takes approximately 7 business days to process.  Verifiable trade and/or banking references, other financial records, and payment history as an IJR customer will determine creditworthiness. Once a credit limit is established, the account will be subject to IJR’s “General Payment Provisions”, “Payment Terms”, and “Credit Policy”. Credit limits are necessarily strict and any order(s) that would place the customer above their credit limit will be held until any amounts above the credit limit have been paid via immediate, secured payment instrument. IJR, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit at any time. Accounts placed for outside collection will be subject to a 33% collection cost recovery fee.

Freight: All prices are Ex-Works Phoenix, AZ. We select the most cost effective method of delivery for your order. Normal delivery is UPS Ground. If expedited delivery is required, it should be requested at the time the order is placed. Along with the additional charges levied by the courier, freight, or postal service for expedited service, IJR, Inc. reserves the right to charge a convenience fee if the request for expedited delivery occurs after the original order is placed or after 2pm AZT for same-day shipments.  IJR’s liability ends when we surrender the order to the freight carrier, postal, or courier service. On domestic orders over $350 standard delivery is free. However, any expedited shipping will be charged at the expedited shipping rate. IJR, Inc. is committed to passing on our volume discount to customers who wish to have their orders shipped under our shipping account(s). Currently, our customers experience a savings of at least 20% when shipping through IJR.

Inkjet Bulk Orders: "Inkjet Bulk" orders are processed within 72 hours upon receipt.  Larger orders may take slightly longer.  Please allow up to five days for delivery to IJR, Inc. when you send your bulk orders by Standard Ground.

International Customers:  The same Terms & Conditions apply, as listed above, with the following exceptions:  Generally, payments must be made via wire transfer. A $25 wire fee is imposed by the Federal Reserve Bank and added to the amount due. Orders are shipped upon receipt of transfer. Payment of this fee is the sole responsibility of the customer. Normal delivery is completed via Federal Express.  If you require your own freight forwarder and have your own account, please request it at the time you place your order.  The fees we obtain are for freight only.  You must arrange for any broker needed and pay all duties and taxes to your respective country. In cases where IJR has paid duties, taxes, and other extraneous fees, you must reimburse us upon receipt of your IJR, Inc. Freight Invoice. If reimbursement is not forthcoming within 10 days of issuance of the Freight Invoice, your account will be charged an additional $5 per day until payment is received. You must provide verbal authorization to charge these fees to the credit card on file for your account, or you will be subject to the $5 daily charge. International customers may apply for credit terms only after they have been an IJR customer for a minimum of 60 days. All international customers who are granted credit terms are required to submit a cash deposit equal to the average amount of the 3 invoices immediately preceding their credit request.

IJR, INC.  WARANTY INFORMATION AND RETURN POLICIES

Warranty for Recycled and Compatible Cartridges:
IJR, Inc. warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year on Recycled, Compatible, and Toner cartridges from the date of purchase. If any cartridge is found to be defective under normal use within these time frames, IJR will, at its discretion, replace the cartridge or issue credit to the dealer, distributor, or retail account. All return claims must be authorized by IJR and must be accompanied by a copy of a valid IJR, Inc. Return Material Authorization. Return of the defective cartridge is required.

Returns for Shipping Errors:  Goods shipped to you in error will receive an immediate adjustment upon return.

Returns for Materials Ordered in Error:
(Does not apply to the "Inkjet Bulk" program) If you order Jetpak Mailers, compatible cartridges or certain refill supplies in error, they must be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.  To receive credit, returned goods must be in salable condition upon receipt. 

Please note that IJR, Inc. Bulk Inks, IJR Sealing Tapes and IJR Refill Equipment Are Not Returnable.

Claims for Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Shipments will be considered complete after 10 days.

Freight Claims:  All goods are shipped Ex-Works Phoenix, AZ.  Claims for damages for shipped goods should be made directly to the freight carrier.

Return Of Recycled Cartridges, General Information: Cartridges that develop print problems may be returned subject to the following general conditions:
1) Cartridges must bear an "IJR issued recycled label" or approved private label. If these labels are removed, the warranty is voided.
2) Cartridges that are more than 75% used may not be returned as defective. 
3) Cartridges that are tampered with after receipt may not be returned.

Return of Recycled Cartridges:  Any and all returns must be accompanied by an IJR issued RMA.  Please contact your IJR account executive to obtain a RMA should you have any return items. IJR, Inc. will refuse delivery of any returns that have not received or are not accompanied by an IJR, Inc. RMA.  

Cartridges should be clearly marked as "defective" with a description of the problem reported by the end user.  Upon receipt, a defective cartridge will be inspected and tested.  If the cartridge is found to be in working condition, it will be repackaged and returned. If the cartridge meets all warranty conditions and is found "unserviceable", you will receive credit at the rate you paid for recycling the cartridge.

Return of "Inkjet Bulk" Cartridges That are Unused: Cartridges which are sent to IJR for recycling are not "returnable" unless there is a shipping error or product defect. Cartridges may not be returned if you are unable to sell them.  At IJR's discretion, we may "buy back" previously recycled cartridges.  However, the rate and conditions for such purchases will be determined by IJR at the time of such a request.


Return of Recycled Cartridges Processed Under the "Jetpak Mailer" Program: There are two ways a customer using a Jetpak mailer may return a "defective" cartridge:

1) It should be clearly marked "defective" and placed as an "extra" cartridge in another mailer being sent, or 2) we will issue a "Return Mailer”.  Return mailers will be sent only to the individual or company originally mailing the Jetpak for processing.

Upon receipt, a returned cartridge will be inspected and tested.  If found serviceable, it will be repackaged and returned.  If the cartridge is found defective and meets all other warranty conditions, the customer will receive a new replacement cartridge.
